PS transparent flame retardant masterbatch is an efficient and environmentally friendly flame retardant developed by our company specifically for transparent GPPS (polystyrene) products. Adopting a composite flame retardant system of P, N, and Br, combined with a dual mechanism of char formation and gas-phase flame retardancy, and utilizing special surface treatment techniques to ensure excellent compatibility and dispersibility with the resin. This product is designed for applications that require strict transparency and flame retardancy, such as light guide plates and light diffusion plates. While ensuring excellent flame retardant effects, it maximizes the optical performance and mechanical strength of the product. Adding only 10% -20% can meet international flame retardant standards such as UL94 V0/V1/V2, making it an ideal choice for flame retardant modification of transparent PS products.
